This is true despite growing evidence of people’s ability to influence their own health, and an increasing awareness that health resides, not only in the body, but also in the mind.

We use a blend of coaching techniques to help individuals reach their health and life goals. This involves creating a welcoming space that allows clients to share the challenges they are experiencing in their lives. Using tools such as dialogue, performance coaching, NLP, and EFT, a way forward is identified.  These tools achieve great results in treating conditions such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, lupus, anxiety, and depression.  Clients are able to use their minds and these cognitive tools to restore their bodies and live with comfort, energy, confidence, and happiness.

Of course after spending what is often a long period of time suffering from a chronic condition, newfound health can be daunting.  We therefore work with individuals to help them develop a future full of possibility that often includes working on: relationships, finances, careers, fitness, and other goals.
